How long does it take for my boots to ship?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, brand-new condition with original packaging. Please note that boots worn outdoors or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
Do Thorogood boots come with a warranty?
Yes, all Thorogood boots are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
How do I find the right size?
Thorogood boots generally run true to size, but many customers find that our work boots run slightly large. We recommend ordering a half size down if you are between sizes or referring to our detailed size guide.
Are these boots resoleable?
Many of our iconic styles, including the American Heritage series, feature Goodyear Storm Welt construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler to extend the life of the footwear.
